Presented at this year’s SEMA show, Vorsteiner’s Matte Metallic Grey GTRS3 BMW is one mean looking machine. Based on the BMW M3 E92, the car features upgraded bodywork from the front to the back. Most noticeable is the M3’s huge fenders at the front that get even bigger at the rear wheels.
The GTRS3 features a new front bumper with wide air intakes and it blends into the wide front fender flares. The front fender flares are blended into the wide side skirts which blend in nicely into the really wide rear fender flares. At the rear there is a new bumper and a new trunk lid that has a spoiler molded into it, which reminds me of the Porsche duck wing.
The Vorsteiner GTRS3 BMW M3 sits on really wide rear tires to fill in the wide fenders, not sure how wide the wheels are but they do look massive. Normally I’m a big fan of wide body kits when done tastefully but in this case the rear end does feel a bit too big for the car. Maybe it looks better in person?
