Nissan Esflow Concept Unveiled At Geneva

All new Nissan Esflow electric sports car

Nissan has finally unveiled the much anticipated Esflow Concept at the Geneva Motor Show. The Nissan Esflow uses a lot of the technology from the award-winning Nissan Leaf. The Esflow looks like a sports car, handles like a sports car, performs like a sports car, yet it is much different than your average sports car.

The powertrain for the Nissan Esflow consist of two electric motors which are positioned above the rear wheels and a low mounted laminated lithium-ion battery pack for better weight distribution. The Esflow is expected to accelerate from 0-60mph in under five seconds and reportedly able to travel 240km on one single charge.

Some design features which we find interesting include the very cool extended headlights as well as the taillights. The traditional rear view mirrors have been replaced with rear view cameras which are installed at the base of the Esflow’s A-Pillars. The interior on the Nissan Esflow is simple yet stunning. The interior of the car is very clutter-free yet features sporty seats wrapped in leather, and a very cool multifunction LCD display which illuminates.

You can bet that some of the design features and technology will be transferred over to another anticipated Nissan model, the 370Z Hybrid.

I've been writing about cars for the last 8 years, but I've loved everything with an engine since I was a kid. I'll take the sound of high revving naturally aspirated engine over music, any day! Favorite Car: Porsche Cayman GT4
