How do you cater a Toyota IQ to people who drive high end exotics? Put an Aston Martin badge on it and call it a Cygnet. How do you cater an Aston Martin Cygnet to the fashionably savvy? Get together with the French fashion house Colette.
Aston Martin has teamed up with Colette to produce a very limited 14 Cygnets to set them apart from stock Cygnets. What sets this Cygnet apart from stock is the use of such special touches as a silver paint job with high-lights, hand crafted stainless steel badges and a chocolate interior with blue leather throw pillows. On the interior, quilted Alcantara sun visors are added to match the quilted doors and seats. A very cool looking ‘Cygnet & Colette’ key ring matched from solid aluminum with blue enameling.
The Aston Martin Cygnet Colette Edition adds $29,000 to the entry level Cygnet. Topping out at a whopping $70,550 US, the Cygnet won’t be moving very fast out of the showroom. We here at First Supercars will be very surprised if they can find 14 customers.
