When people buy SUV’s, they usually buy it for the purpose of carrying a large family or towing heavy equipment. Try telling that to UK based tuner Merdad, who have transformed a 2011 Porsche Cayenne four-door SUV into a coupe.

Their new creation called the Porsche Cayenne 902 was unveiled at the MPH: The Prestige and Performance Auto Show in London. The Cayenne 902 loses the rear doors and gets a heap of styling on the outside and inside. The new body kit gives the Cayenne 902 a more aggressive look. The aggressive styling is finished off with a choice of black or silver 22 inch wheels and with an addition of electronic lowering module.

On the inside, black leather with red Alcantara is used tastefully with the addition of a new sports steering wheel and trims.

Merdad finishes off the Porsche Cayenne 902 by offering an engine upgrade package that can the bump the horsepower from 550 to 750 depending on engine upgrade. With the engine pushing 750 hp, the Cayenne 902 can do 0 – 60 mph in 4.4 seconds.

I've been writing about cars for the last 8 years, but I've loved everything with an engine since I was a kid. I'll take the sound of high revving naturally aspirated engine over music, any day! Favorite Car: Porsche Cayman GT4
