German car tuning firm Wimmer RS tuned yet another Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG sedan, the previous car (click here) had 590 horsepower, which is more than enough for most people but not for the boys at Wimmer RS.
The newly tuned car now produces 601 horsepower and 531 pound-feet (720 Nm) of torque which helps the car to reach a top speed of 204 mph (329 km/h). The increase in power comes courtesy of modified cylinder heads, sports camshafts, optimized air intake, sports air filters, stainless steel exhaust, custom manifolds and catalytic converters.
The Wimmer RS tuned C63 AMG can also be equipped with a new wheel and tire package measuring 8.5” x 19” at the front and 9.5” x 19” at the rear. The wheels are BBS CH-R and the rubber comes from Dunlop and measures 235/35 19 front and 265/35 19 at the rear.
The Wimmer RS tuning package for the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG costs €19,900 for the engine upgrades and an additional €3,600 for the optional wheel and tire package. I don’t think you get the funky white and yellow pain with these packages.
