BMW M5 F10 Track Testing Video

2012-BMW-M5-F10-At-Track-Side-Ways

BMW released a video of their upcoming M5 (F10) testing at their test track at Miramas, France.  The video looks pretty good with the BMW M5 F10 being thrashed around the track to test every aspect of the car for best performance, reliability, and comfort.

The new BMW M5 F10 will be powered by a twin-turbo 4.4 liter V8 engine which is expected to produce 575 horsepower.  The engine revs pretty nicely in the video below and sounds not too shabby either.  The 2012 M5 will come with two options for transmission, a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed DCT automatic.  BMW recently confirmed an all-wheel-drive model for the M5 F10, should be a fun car that should compete nicely against Audi’s RS models.  Video after the jump…

I've been writing about cars for the last 8 years, but I've loved everything with an engine since I was a kid. I'll take the sound of high revving naturally aspirated engine over music, any day! Favorite Car: Porsche Cayman GT4
