Pagani Huayra/Deus Venti C9 Spy Video

Pagani-Huayra-Deus-Venti-C9

Pagani has been giving us very small hints on their Zonda replacement car; we don’t know what it will be called yet.  The supercar is code named C9 but then there was speculation it’ll be called Huayra and now there’s even more speculation that it might be called Deus Venti, which is Latin for “god of winds”.

Anyways, the video below is taken by YouTube user Marchettino and shows the car with minimal camouflage.  We get to hear the sound of the engine briefly and as expected, it sounds supercar-like.  Continuing with speculations, it’s believed the Pagani C9/Huayra/Deus Venti will be powered by a Mercedes-Benz sourced V12 engine that should produce around 700 horsepower and 737 pound-feet (1,000 Nm) of torque.

I bet Mr. Horacio Pagani is enjoying torturing us with all this speculation, which should last until March when we get to see the car at the Geneva Motor Show.  Click here for the official teaser video and enjoy the Pagani Huayra/Deus Venti spy video below.

I've been writing about cars for the last 8 years, but I've loved everything with an engine since I was a kid. I'll take the sound of high revving naturally aspirated engine over music, any day! Favorite Car: Porsche Cayman GT4
