How do rich people tell other rich people that they have more money? How about buying a one of a kind Bugatti, wrapped in fine porcelain! The Bugatti Grand Sport L’Or Blanc as it’s called, is created in partnership with Konigliche Porzellan Manufactur (KPM), was unveiled on Thursday at the porcelain manufacture’s workshop in Berlin, Germany.

Adding porcelain to the world’s fastest drop top is not feasible in a lot of people’s eyes, however, since it’s a Bugatti, anything is possible.

“At first, it seems to be an unusual idea to use porcelain in a car, especially in the world’s fastest convertible,” comments Dr. Stefan Brungs, Director of Sales and Marketing at Bugatti Automobiles. “But this is what Bugatti stands for: the realization of exceptional ideas whilst striving for the utmost in quality and aesthetics. This allows us to continue Ettore Bugatti’s heritage, who himself loved to experiment with new materials,” Brungs added.

Bugatti-Veyron-L-Or-Blanc-FrontPorcelain is used in minor details throughout the car, like; inlays of the center wheel badges, “EB” badge at the back, fuel and oil filler cap. The L’Or Blanc’s amazing paint job mixes a dark blue hue with white to showcase the flow on the Grand Sports body.

The blue and white color scheme makes its way to the interior with Porcelain on either side of the center console, the rear panel between the seats, and a weird but cool removable Porcelain dish with edges finished in a diamond polishing that goes with a picnic set that was exclusively designed by KPM for the Bugatti.

So when you and you’re rich friends are sipping on Dom Perignon and having caviar, you can let them know that you just dropped $2.5 million on a one of a kind Bugatti Grand Sport L’Or Blanc.

I've been writing about cars for the last 8 years, but I've loved everything with an engine since I was a kid. I'll take the sound of high revving naturally aspirated engine over music, any day! Favorite Car: Porsche Cayman GT4
