For those of us “poor” schmucks that have the entry-level Audi R8 only putting out a mere 430 horsepower have something to look forward to. Tuners over at O.CT have a little tuning package that heats things up for the R8.
O.CT’s performance package for the 4.4 liter V8 increases the power from 430 horsepower to an impressive 565 HP thanks to a supercharger kit and lots of tuning. And the torque is now at 413 pound-feet at peak. The 0-60mph for the Audi R8 is now 0.7 seconds faster than the stock Audi R8. According to O.CT, their tuned R8 is capable of reaching a speed of 155 miles per hour in a quick 24 seconds. The top speed of the O.CT’s Audi R8 remains unknown.
Other goodies that can be found on the Audi R8 include a custom exhaust system, a carbon fiber bonnet and front grill surround as well an upgraded big brake kit to help the car stop on a dime.
