Thunderbird, meet Mustang. Mustang, meet Thunderbird. What happens when modern car makes sweet sweet love to a classic car? The result is a beautifully re-designed 1955 Ford Thunderbird by Bo Zoland of VizualTech in Sweden.

Bo Zolland is experienced in coming up with amazing custom designs of automobiles and 3D modeling of cars. This particular Thunderbird project will retain the classic lines of the 1950’s but will also incorporate modern technology.  The Thunderbird will use the chassis of a 2009 Ford Mustang as well as other important components from the Mustang. The Thunderbird will be powered by a 4.6 liter V8 engine. Unlike some of Bo Zolland’s previous takes on classic cars, this one is rumored to be an actual project car that will be produced.

I've been writing about cars for the last 8 years, but I've loved everything with an engine since I was a kid. I'll take the sound of high revving naturally aspirated engine over music, any day! Favorite Car: Porsche Cayman GT4
