Lumma Design Porsche Cayenne CLR 558 GT

The first generation Porsche Cayanne SUV was pretty ugly; the second generation however, is sportier and can actually be called a good looking SUV.  Because of the good looks, tuners have taken note of the Cayanne luxury SUV and there seems to be new body kits coming out on a weekly basis.  Lumma Design has put their unique twist on the 2010 Porsche Cayanne with their CLR 558 GT body kit, engine upgrades will come in the near future.

The Lumma Design CLR 558 GT Porsche Cayanne’s body kit is a lot more aggressive than the speedART Porsche Cayanne Titan EVO kit (which I thought was already pretty aggressive) and looks very menacing, it wants to eat kids for breakfast.  The front bumper with massive air intakes includes LED daytime running lights and fog lamps and has several carbon fiber pieces.  The hood is made out of carbon-Kevlar and includes more air intakes.  The fender flares have been replace with wider flares that blend into new side-skirts with cooling ducts for the rear brakes (not sure if they’re function or purely aesthetic) and include carbon fiber trim.  In the rear, the aggressive theme continues with a new sleek bumper and carbon fiber diffuser with three hand-made stainless steel exhaust tips in the middle.  A roof and tailgate mounted carbon fiber spoilers complete the sporty look.

The interior doesn’t see as many upgrades with two-tone leather and Alcantara options.  The gas and brake pedals have been replaced with aluminum pieces and there are a few carbon fiber trim pieces offered.

Overall I think the Lumma Design Porsche Cayanne CLR 558 GT is a pretty good looking luxury SUV.  It is aggressive and not meant for everyone, one thing’s for sure, it’ll have heads turning everywhere you “roll”.

I've been writing about cars for the last 8 years, but I've loved everything with an engine since I was a kid. I'll take the sound of high revving naturally aspirated engine over music, any day! Favorite Car: Porsche Cayman GT4
