Car Tuning: Brabus 700 Biturbo SLS AMG

Car-Tuning-SLS-AMG

The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG was a popular choice for car tuners at the Geneva Motor Show.  Brabus wasn’t about to be out done by other car tuning companies, so they brought a 700 horsepower wide(er) body SLS AMG.  Called the Brabus 700 Biturbo, it supposedly comes with a wide body kit, which makes the car wide by only 0.8” (20 mm) at the back compared to a stock SLS AMG.

The car spent some time in the wind tunnel to ensure high speed stability.  700 Biturbo receives various carbon fiber pieces such as the front chin spoiler, the air inlets, side vents on the fenders, side skirts, the rear spoiler, and rear diffuser.

The interior can be customized with glossy or matte carbon fiber trim of any color the customer chooses.  The gas and brake pedals and the foot rest come in matte anodized aluminum while the sports seats come with cross stitched two-tone leather.

I've been writing about cars for the last 8 years, but I've loved everything with an engine since I was a kid. I'll take the sound of high revving naturally aspirated engine over music, any day! Favorite Car: Porsche Cayman GT4
