The legendary German tuning company, Hartge, has revealed a brand new modification package for the BMW X6. If you were not aware, Hartge has been tuning BMW, Mini, and Land Rover vehicles since 1971. The new upgrade package for the BMW X6 includes modifications to the engine, some interior changes, a wheel package, and other technical changes.

A performance module which is installed in the engine compartment increases the horsepower from the stock 306 horsepower up to 354 horsepower. The torque is also increased from 443 pound-feet (600 Nm) to 516 lb-ft (699 Nm). With this significant boost in power, the 0-60 mph is improved by 0.6 seconds. 0-125 mph is also improved by a whopping 6.5 seconds while the top speed is increased by 7.5 miles an hour.

The Hartge X6 package can also include carbon fiber interior trim for the dashboard and panels. The customer also has an option of getting a three-spoke leather steering wheel with carbon inserts and a speedometer that has silver metallic dial and red illuminated needles. For those that are really picky, one can also upgrade to aluminum pedals and footrest.

As for the exterior of the Hartge X6, the exhaust gets a visual upgrade by adding stainless steel tail pipes. A sports spring set is also available which helps lower the vehicle by 30mm. The BMX X6 sits on 22 inch “Classic 2” wheels which are made by Hartge. And last but not least, Hartge emblems are also put on the vehicle.

I've been writing about cars for the last 8 years, but I've loved everything with an engine since I was a kid. I'll take the sound of high revving naturally aspirated engine over music, any day! Favorite Car: Porsche Cayman GT4
